Quang Tran's signature Chinese Pork Chinese Style Sausage is made with 100% fresh pork. Savory with a hint of sweetness – this is a recipe that has been passed down through three generations. The addition of Chinese rose wine imparts our sausages with a sweet, floral fragrance when cooked. Each batch is painstakingly made by hand every day and dried over the course of 48 hours in our shop in Rosemead, CA.
