Quang Tran's Chinese sausages are sold exclusively at our storefront in Rosemead and online at quangtran.com.

We use rose wine (玫瑰露 / Mai Que Lo) in all of our lap cheong.

We recommend storing your lap cheong in the freezer for optimal freshness. They are dried during the production process and require little to no defrosting. Please enjoy the lap cheong within 4 months of purchase. 

If you are traveling with the lap cheong, they can be stored in room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

You can keep your lap cheong in the freezer for up to 4 months. If you're traveling, you can leave them in room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Yes! Our lap cheong are dried / cured in our ovens over the course of 2 days, but they are not cooked through. Please cook the sausages throughly in your rice cooker, oven, or on the stovetop before enjoying. 

We do not offer wholesale.

Our Chinese sausages are hand-stuffed with natural hog casing. Natural variation between each sausage link is normal.

If you have any issues with your order, please send us an email at quangtransausage@gmail.com and we will try our best to help. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in our email communications to you or on our website, your order should ship between 1 to 3 business days of when you order.

We currently ship our lap cheong with USPS Priority Mail. The estimated delivery range is between 1-4 business days. If you need your lap cheong sooner, please email us at quangtransausage@gmail.com to see if we can accomodate your order.
