Quang Tran's signature Chinese Chicken and Pork Chinese Style Sausage is made with a blend of fresh pork and chicken. These sausages are slightly more savory and have a softer bite compared to our 100% pork sausage. The addition of Chinese rose wine imparts our sausages with a sweet, floral fragrance when cooked. Each batch is painstakingly made by hand every day and dried over the course of 48 hours in our shop in Rosemead, CA.
