Quang Tran's Chinese Pork and Liver Sausage is made with a blend of fresh pork and pork liver. These sausages are savory and rich, with a unique aroma of liver. If you're a lover of liver dishes, there's a good chance you will be a fan of our Pork and Liver Sausage. 

Like our signature Pork Sausage, the addition of Chinese rose wine imparts our Pork and Liver Sausages with a slight floral fragrance when cooked. Each batch is painstakingly made by hand in limited quantity and dried over the course of 48 hours in our shop in Rosemead, CA.

Ingredients: Ground Pork, Pork Liver, Sugar, Water, Salt, Rice Wine, Wheat Wine, Soy Sauce, Red Color #40, Sodium Nitrite
